if my life were a movie

if my life were a horror film, i'd probably be the paranoid freak or i'll probably be the positive one that says, "everything will be alright" when everything is not going alright yet. i'd probably be one of those guys who'll get killed first or one of the unexpected survivors. i'd run and scream and probably try my best to kill the killer but i guess my plans will backfire like they always do in real life. probably i'd get bruises and scratches and some deep cuts and i'll probably bleed to death, or i'll see my friends die or my friends will see me die. ahhh the magic of horror movies. the helplessness you feel when you see someone you care and love dies in front of your eyes.

if my life were a thriller, well it'll be not much of a difference with a horror. maybe i'll die, maybe i'll survive, depends on what mysterious entity or problems or issues i'm trying to escape. maybe i'm a part of it because i am friends with the main victim or maybe i'm at the wrong place at the wrong time hanging out with the wrong people. but cool thing about being in a thriller is maybe i get to wield a gun or a knife or something and get the chance to kill whatever that makes the movie a thriller before i die first, which is high very likely.

if my life were a zombie-movie, THAT WOULD BE AWESOME! killing all the zombies in cool fun ways: shooting, drowning, chopping their heads off, electrocuting them, run them down with a pickup truck, nuking them. OH SO FUN! again, i only get to do this if i have survived the post-apocalyptic zombie virus invasion on the world and hopefully i won't get killed or be turned into a zombie myself. i've always imagined when the mall closes down for the day and i'm still in it after a midnight movie, there'll be zombies inside it and i'll try to find ways to kill them; acting all brave and fearless whereas i'm actually scared shitless.

if my life were a romantic comedy or a romance, let's see, based on real life right now, i don't think i'd stand a good chance. and considering where i am right now, my situation, my setting, getting a random, attractive person to fall in love with me, or getting a friend to fall in love me and me falling in love with the random, attractive stranger or falling in love with a friend, is very highly unlikely. in short, my love life, if made into a movie, will be a big flop. if my love were a romantic comedy or romance, it'll be all cheesy, all yucky, oozing romance, sweet words, tears; the typical ingredients that make a romantic comedy or romance movies a success. i love the idea though because i am a hopeless romantic.

if my life were an action-packed movie, i'd probably just be an extra-cast member. my life lacks action. just mostly drama. i've only ever gotten punched once in my life. i don't think that'll qualify my life as action-packed. oh there are some action-packed moments with the family but like i said, i'm just the extra cast member or cast. if i were to be a main cast, the movie would have to be about superpowers or superabilities like XMen, having cool powers and using them on people or to fight evil. if i have my superpowers or superabilities right about now, i'll probably have my ways, almost all the time.

if my life were a fantasy-magical movie, i would love the ability to do magic, create potions, travel here and there to magical places, meet other magical creatures. life wouldn't be so dull i reckon. fighting demons, trolls, and other bad creatures with my friends. that would be so awesome.

too bad though, my life isn't a movie.

p.s: it's real life.
